Honours Projects

Dr Kate Bryant

Position: Lecturer
Phone: 9360 2809
Room: BioSc 3.007

My research is in the area of animal ecology and evolution, studying mammals and other small vertebrates.  My particular interest is in the evolution of life histories and mating systems of animals, and also their population biology and breeding.   I combine two broad approaches in my research: using field-based techniques to study natural populations, and employing molecular techniques to provide genetic information on those natural populations.

Interested students are encouraged to contact me to discuss possible projects. An opportunity exists for 2009. Click here for further information.
