Research

We are mainly focused on microalgal biotechnology research. We are especially interested in mechanism of heterotrophic cultivation of microalgae at high-cell density and manipulation of biosynthesis of secondary metabolites using molecular biology approaches as well as determination and purification of high-value microalgal products by chromatography and related technologies.
